I have had several sessions of Scenar with Richard Cumbers – and it is an amazing experience. The first time was when I had a very painful shoulder, which I had wrenched; I knew nothing about Scenar, and happened to mention in passing that my shoulder was giving me pain – Richard (in true style) got out his little Scenar machine and treated my shoulder then and there (in a school Car Park!) for a matter of about 20 minutes – and I was amazed at the result.
